RRI Town Hall: “We Stand on the Shoulders Of…”
The September town hall, “Standing on the Shoulders Of…,” will provide an opportunity for the TCU community to learn about recent efforts to recognize TCU’s diverse history and contend with the legacies of racism through the TCU portrait project, the establishment of TCU’s Native American monument, memorializing the lynching of Fred Rouse, and the annual observances of missing and murdered indigenous women.

Panelists include Jacque Lambiase, professor and chair of Strategic Communications; Nino Testa, associate director of Women & Gender Studies; Scott Langston, instructor of Religion and Native American Nations and Communities Liaison; Adam McKinney, assistant professor of Dance and President of Tarrant County Coalition for Peace and Justice; and Santiago Piñon, associate professor of Religion and director of Latinx Studies.
